The milk is A2 tested and GMO free, sold with the cream still on top so you can skim it for recipes, make butter and cream cheese, or shake the jar and enjoy the rich goodness in a glass. The cows are never fed soy or GMOs, and every batch is chilled immediately after milking to preserve quality and freshness.

Milk sells direct from the farm at 7 dollars a half gallon or 14 dollars a gallon, reserved by calling or texting Dane, who keeps a call list when availability is tight and asks customers to bring their own containers. Alongside the dairy the farm raises Icelandic sheep for lamb, and the farmer answers customer questions personally in the comments of the farm's own site.
