The cows have year round access to pasture with a small daily helping of grain to round out their nutrition, so the beef is mostly grass fed rather than grain finished.

Raw milk is sold by the gallon at the farm, with a jar exchange system and pre orders preferred by the day before, though milk is sometimes available on the day. There are farmstead cheeses such as Gouda, Colby, Gruyere and Parmesan, plus USDA processed beef by the cut or in whole and half sides, and rendered tallow. Bring a cooler to keep your milk cold on the way home.
