Payne Creek Acres is a small family farm in the rolling hills of Northeast Nebraska, near Stanton.
The family describes itself as small scale, community centered and regenerative, working to rebuild depleted soils and build a diverse ecosystem on their own land rather than lean on outside certifications. They say they want neighbours to know where their food comes from, to enjoy it and to share it.
Through their online farm shop the family sells pastured lamb by the cut and raw honey from their own hives, alongside home baked sourdough English muffins, breads, hand pies and cookies, with some lines seasonally out of stock. There are no fixed opening hours, so orders and pickups are arranged directly with the farm.
