Classen Land & Cattle

We have ordered multiple times from Classen’s. Their ground beef is great. They are in one-pound packages. The packaging is also amazing and my husband really likes that you can see the meat that is in the package. Travis and Jordan are easy to work with and they have delivered and we have met them halfway as well. My family and I love knowing where the meat is coming from and that we are getting quality meat. We will definitely be ordering again!!

We found Classen Land & Cattle at the Bellevue Farmers Market last year - and have purchased their products ever since! We love their products, especially Hattie's eggs! The Classen's have been very kind and helpful with placing our orders. Highly recommend!

We have been going to the farmers market at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska for several years now we found Classen Land and Cattle Mercantile about two years ago. I have tried other meat suppliers at the market and every time I come back to Classen due to the flavor and the texture of their steaks and brisket. I cannot say enough, good things about the service and the product that they supply. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Very nice people! Met them today at the farmers market at college view. I bought the honey barbecue beef sticks. 10/10 review. My father tried them and is going to buy from them!

My wife and I purchased steaks from Classen Land & Cattle Mercantile and they were absolutely amazing. The ribeye in the photo was flavorful, juicy, and cooked up perfectly. We can't wait to try the filets and sirloins as well.

Amazing customer service! When I had questions about their ordering processes and with updates on my share, they were prompt to respond and answered any questions I had. The beef we purchased ahead of time at the Bellevue farmers market was fantastic! Incredible flavor and marbling. We especially enjoyed their short ribs! My 10 year old son and I have had such a wonderful experience meeting and chatting with Jordan at the college view farmers market in Lincoln on Sundays. As an aspiring young chef, my son has cooked multiple steaks himself. After cooking his first NY Strip from Classen, he said he was never cooking a store bought steak ever again! With farmers markets nearing end of season, we know we can still get great quality meat delivered to our door! The quality and personal experience we have had has been so wonderful, we will be customers for life!

Absolutely would purchase Classen beef again and again! We’ve tried many of their beef cuts, from roasts and steaks to Philly meat and beef brats, they really have it all! Just talking to Jordan and Travis, you can tell they put their heart and soul into the care for their cattle and the quality of their product. We talk about them all the time to friends and family, and their beef works as a wonderful gift!!
