The farm was established in 2013 around a small milking herd of registered Jersey cows, and its livestock programme is pasture based and 100% grass fed, using regenerative grazing practices.
The farm sells its own dairy alongside pasture raised pork, veal, seasonal chicken and grass fed, grass finished beef. You can shop at The Farmers Table, their country store and ice cream shop on Rosemont Ringoes Road, open Wednesday to Friday from 11am and weekend mornings from 10am.

The shop is uniquely decorated and full of charm, but the real soul of the place is the owner, Heidi. I truly adore her; her passion is infectious, and you can feel how much heart she pours into everything. She uses milk from her own Jersey cows to craft everything from artisan cheeses and pet milk to the most incredible ice cream. What to look for: -The Meats: An unbeatable selection of beef, veal, pork, and chicken. -The Goods: A beautiful rotation of local jarred vegetables, honey, and maple syrup that varies with the seasons—just like a true farm store should. -The Treats: During the fruitful seasons, you can find some delicious pies and homemade baked goods that are to die for. -The Showstopper: Her limited-ingredient, wholesome ice cream. It’s the absolute star of the show and something you genuinely cannot find anywhere else. While you might pay a bit more than at a big-box store, it is absolutely worth the price to support a true local farmer like Heidi.
