Hoofprint Cheese Company is a small scale artisanal goat dairy and creamery in Millbrook, New York, in the heart of the mid Hudson Valley.

It was founded by a couple drawn back to rural life, and their motto tells you most of what you need to know, "Happy Goats. Delicious Cheese. Wonderful Life."

The goats come first here, treated as family and given a comfortable life, and their milk becomes the creamery's cheeses. The farm supplies humanely raised, sustainable food to its local community, and it keeps daily opening hours, so call in or phone ahead to see what is fresh.

It was very clean and the owner was very helpful…

A great experience on the farm. The couple who own the farm were friendly and inviting to see their production and the baby goats were absolutely adorable. Can't wait to go back to purchase some of the fresh cheese when it is available!
