Stopped by here for the first time and glad I did! Happy to have a yummy place like this close by. Got the TAB sandwich and it was delicious. The staff were sweet. The store part also had local items like lotions, oils, and soaps. Will for sure be back. Great service!

As local as local can get! Kent and Natalie, the owners, and their growing team do an excellent and consistently mind blowing job making the best sandwiches, salads, soups and while curating local snacks, desserts, groceries, knick knacks and even cute hats and tie dye tank tops (a must have!) in store. I’m a huge fan of the grateful spinach salad, antipasto, chipotle turkey, Tuscan chicken, and Reuben. The road side market and deli possesses an unbeatable amount of good vibes and gratitude for Sandy Mush and Asheville another communities. LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE 🙏🧸🌼🌈🥪🥙💜

I want to kiss whoever the baker is. Best cake and cookies i have ever had by far. Sandwiches and wraps are delicious and healthy. Hummus wrap reminds me of when I was vegetarian in college. And this place is so close to my house.

This place is a gem in Leicester…I haven’t found a better sandwich anywhere in the Asheville area. Everything is fresh and always super friendly service.

The Turkey, Bacon, Avocado (TaB) is soooo delicious! Tried the Better Booch kombucha, Mango Delight & for mango lovers, it hit the spot. More tart than sweet, tho. Grateful Roots also have lots of affordable snacks & a small selection of unique local gifts. Highly recommend!
