My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and everyone loved it. 86 acres of farmland, with cows, dogs, chickens, horses, sheep, and bees (plus some really cool fireflies). The hosts were really nice and the views were beautiful. We got some eggs, honey and milk too, which were great. The exterior of the house is gorgeous and the beds were nice and firm. We didn't have time but there was also a hiking trail or 2 (and I think a waterfall?) on the property. Great place to retreat away from society into the wilderness. 👌
Stayed a weekend here and it was amazing! It's a private family farm on 100 acres. They have two locations on the property they rent out. We stayed in the spring house. It had a hot tub a gas fireplace and fiber internet and was secluded. Ernest was very friendly and informative. He was quick to respond to any messages I sent and had lots of information about the local area. The spring house was in a great location for getting away but only a 30 minute drive to Asheville and 40 min to Biltmore House. There's plenty of delicious local restaurants near by and it was only a 7 min drive to run out to the Ingles. Some of the perks to staying her is that there is lots to do without driving anywhere. They have marked walking trails that go through the woods and past a little creek. They also lead up to the top of a couple of different hills where you can say hi to the grazing horses and cows. And get amazing views of the surrounding mountains. We went up one evening just to enjoy some of the sunset. Unfortunately it was cloudy so not the best view but still nice.
