Seven Seasons Farm is a family dairy in Oxford, North Carolina selling raw A2A2 Jersey milk and cultured buttermilk by herd share, collected on the farm or across the Triangle.
Chad and Chrissy Wilkins run Seven Seasons Farm, a small family dairy in Oxford, North Carolina, on land Chad grew up working alongside his grandparents through summers of squash, okra and cattle.
Every cow in their Jersey herd has tested 100 percent A2A2, and the animals live on clean pasture around the clock with hay, loose minerals and locally sourced non-GMO whole grain, most of it grown in Warren County. The milk is drawn with a closed vacuum bucket system, filtered, then cooled below 40F in a 30 gallon bulk tank within the hour and bottled within hours of milking. The farm is RAWMI Listed by the Raw Milk Institute, one of only three raw milk dairies in North Carolina to hold that listing, and it tests weekly and publishes the results.
Fresh raw milk comes by the gallon and half gallon, and cultured raw buttermilk by the half gallon. North Carolina does not allow raw milk to be sold for human consumption, so the same tank goes out two ways: as a herd share, where you own a small part of the herd and pay a monthly board fee, or as pet milk registered with the NC Department of Agriculture. Pick up on the farm four days a week, or at drop points across the Triangle in Wake Forest, Youngsville, Raleigh, Cary and Fuquay-Varina. Milk sells out quickly, so the farm asks you to call ahead. Chad and Chrissy also offer paid phone and on-site consulting for people starting or growing a farm or homestead.

Honest good people. Best farm operation around. Highly recommend!!!
We purchased a dairy cow from Seven Seasons farm and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is the friendliest cow and has faithfully produced the best milk we have ever had, truly a dream. She is easy to milk, will stand for us with no kicking and is very gentle and easy to handle. Loved purchasing from Seven Seasons as I know they are knowledgeable and good stewards of their animals. With such a large and important investment, It was good to know we were purchasing from people who have healthy animals and give them the absolutely best care possible. Thanks again.
I have been a customer for over a year now, with eggs, milk and meat. They have the BEST raw milk around, and I will never go back to store bought anything. Chrissy and Chad are wonderful people, and I'm so happy that I had found Seven Seasons over a year ago!
What a lovely place! Chad gave us a tour of the farm and we met and interacted with the animals; we brought some carrots, corn (for the chickens) and bananas for the banana eating cow: ) Bought some cow and goat milk and a whole chicken. Will roast the chicken and make soup and even goat cheese. Planning to support our local farm and visit them to buy eggs, milk, meat and whatever they have available regularly.
