Belvedere Farmstead is Raelene's farm on River Styx Road in Wadsworth, Ohio, run to a three part mission: nourish the soil with regenerative principles like multi species intensive rotational grazing and cover crops, raise nutrient dense food for local families, and teach old fashioned skills from canning and butchering to keeping a family cow.
She grew up on a cattle ranch in northern British Columbia and has farmed here with her five children since 2015.
The dairy is the heart of it: raw milk herd shares from grass fed A2A2 Jersey cows, with members owning a portion of the herd and collecting rich, creamy milk each week. Four share types run from a half gallon a week up to farm shares that add meat. The farm also sells grass fed beef and lamb, corn and soy free heritage pork, pastured eggs and poultry, and a spring 2026 update lists shares open for the season.
