The member farm is described as 100 percent organically managed, with Scottish Highland cattle that are 100 percent pastured, grass fed and grass finished, raised without antibiotics, vaccines or growth hormones. Members receive raw A2A2 milk, raw butter and cheddar, A2 yogurts, pastured eggs, woodland pork and seasonal produce, plus sourdough, maple syrup and olive oil sourced from other producers.
