This little family farm is a Rouge Valley gem. Jen and her family run a super clean operation with raw milk, eggs and other homemade goods.
I cannot say enough good things about The Whipped Creamery!! The farm store is always stocked with fresh products and is meticulously clean. The cows are happy and healthy and Jen's process is incredible to witness! I have watched her milk and process multiple times and she takes the utmost care to go above and beyond with cleanliness. Their cows and the milk they produce is tested regularly, making me feel so confident in anything that comes from their farm. They have an outstanding reputation and loyal clients - I have heard and experienced nothing but good things and cannot recommend them enough!!
I’ve been fortunate to be a part of a herd share for milk since February 2023, and I can confidently say that The Whipped Creamery is the best source in the valley. Their attention to detail is impressive, from the use of glass bottles with upgraded lids to the care of the A2/A2 Jersey cows. They are loved and grass-grazed, ensuring the highest quality nutrient-dense product. Jen and her team have been incredibly accommodating, always ready to address any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend supporting them and their farm. Additionally, their other products, like eggs and yogurt, are exceptional as well. You can feel and taste that it is a labor of love.
I loved getting milk from Jen at the Whipped Creamery! It's so creamy and delicious! I felt there was always cleanliness in the milking process which is so important for the milk! We moved from Southern Oregon and were so sad to loose this source. Definitely recommend this cute store/shop + creamery! Thank you Jen and family!

The Whipped Creamery is a family dairy in Gold Hill, Oregon, sharing raw A2A2 Jersey milk with over 200 herdshare members through weekly drop points across the Rogue Valley.
The Whipped Creamery is a small family run dairy in Gold Hill, Southern Oregon, built around a herd of registered A2A2 Jersey cows. The farm supplies raw, cream top A2A2 milk through a private herdshare, sharing more than 200 gallons a week with over 200 member families across the Rogue Valley. Members collect each week from the creamery in Gold Hill or from four weekly drop points between Rogue River and Ashland.
The cows live pasture based lives on quality forages, with a grain and sunflower seed mix during milking, and every animal is tested for BLV, BVD and Johnes disease, with annual tuberculosis and brucellosis testing. Calves stay with their mothers through calf sharing until about four months old. Milk is collected in closed systems, cooled fast in a bulk tank and tested weekly for plate count and coliforms. A small farm store adds sourdough baked by the farmer's sister and eggs from a trusted local friend.
