Twisted Oak Farm is an A2 micro dairy herdshare in Eagle Creek, Oregon, between Sandy and Estacada.
Members own a share of a small herd of named, certified A2A2 cows, Gracie, Abby, Charlie, Sunny, Cordelia and Dixie, and collect fresh milk, hand skimmed cream, churned butter, buttermilk, Greek yogurt made weekly from the farm's raw milk, and artisan cheeses from fresh fromage blanc to year aged parmesan.
The farm processes its meat on site: beef hamburger and tallow, and pork that is brined, cured, hung and smoked in the farm's own smokehouse into applewood bacon, bratwurst, Italian sausage and capicola. The mission is to promote sustainable, holistic farming and animal husbandry and to show the community that alternatives to mass consumerism still exist. Milkshares are currently at capacity with a waitlist open, members pick up at the farm, and a members store also carries goods from local farms.

Twisted Oak Dairy has been a wonderful source of high-quality dairy products for our family. Their milk is some of the best we’ve ever had—fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. It’s clear they take great care in their process, and the difference in taste compared to store-bought milk is noticeable. We’ve also really enjoyed their yogurt, which has a great texture and flavor, making it a staple in our home. Beyond dairy, we’ve had the pleasure of trying some of the baked goods they occasionally have in stock. The cookies and scones have been a delightful treat, and the bread we tried was impressive—though we haven’t seen it available lately. Hopefully, they’ll bring it back because it was excellent! One of the things we appreciate most about Twisted Oak is the hardworking family behind it. Their dedication and effort are evident in everything they produce, and it’s always a pleasure to support a local business that puts so much care into what they do. Whether it’s their milk, yogurt, or the occasional baked goods, everything we’ve had from them has been outstanding. We highly recommend Twisted Oak Dairy to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality products!
