Nice market with friendly people. The yellow delicious apples were the best I ever tasted. The had autumn flame peaches which were good.
Love thier ice-cream! Absolutely amazing.
Peaches were wonderful! Other fruits and vegetables avaliable also, along with jellies, jams, and hot sauces. They also have boiled peanuts, fresh baked pies, ice cream, and milkshakes. Shop was very clean!!
Nice clean place, great prices on peaches. Cheapest I've seen around in a while. Nice little ice cream shop as well. Staff was very nice as well.
You just gotta go. July is blackberry month. They are sweet and as big as your thumb. They also have delicious peaches and a variety of fresh veggies. Very kid friendly with lots to do.
Strawberrys not good but was juicy not sweet peaches skin was very thick the seen inside was weird but it was juicy and good..I didn't like the cider taste like syrup.
Awesome place with really good prices. Went here with my dad and brother and got 3 milkshakes and a basket of peaches. Staff was very friendly and these were the best milkshakes ive ever had. Highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake and peach milkshake.
Fresh strawberries, and delicious ice cream. Great market.
They only had one strawberry rhubarb pie left when I called. I asked them to put it to the side because it was for a birthday party and they did. They completely saved my husband‘s birthday party. Because I did not have time to bake a pie and his favorite is strawberry rhubarb, and I have to say that the pie was absolutely delectable. I also love their little honey suckers and honey sticks and never pass up a chance at any of their ciders!
This is a WONDERFUL satellite barn for the Main Farm. They offer most of the products and for the win, they have there ice cream counter. Homemade strawberry and peach from the Farm and other fabulous flavors! It is a must if traveling down 85 south exit 90! Xoxo ♥️
Strawberry Hill USA is the Cooley family's fruit farm near Gaffney, South Carolina, growing peaches on nearly 1,000 acres plus strawberries and blackberries, with year round farm markets and a cafe.
Strawberry Hill USA is the Cooley family's fruit farm in the upstate of South Carolina, farmed by the same family since Perry Cooley bought the land for cotton in the early 1900s and his son Gene planted peaches on it in 1946. Today it is run by James and Kathi Cooley. Peaches are still the main crop with close to 1,000 acres in production, and since planting 6 acres of strawberries in 1995 the farm has grown into the largest strawberry farm in South Carolina at 115 acres, alongside blackberries, summer squash, cucumbers, cantaloupes and beans.
The Gaffney Market is the farm's roadside market off I-85 beside the Prime Outlet Mall, opened in 2008 and open year round. The wider farm includes the original packing shed, flying nearly 400 American flags in tribute to the founding brothers' World War II service, and a cafe and ice cream parlour built in 2001 serving homemade peach and strawberry ice cream. School field trips and family farm days run through the seasons, and James was named South Carolina's Southeastern Farmer of the Year in 2013.
