Belue Farms

They have fresh sourdough bread and it is delicious 😋!!

Ian helped me pick out some of the best tomatoes I have ever had! Also, exceptional Raw Milk. Mmmmmmmmmmm.

⭐️⭐️ I’m very disappointed with my experience at Blue Farms Natural. I purchased several items and paid with my card. The card reader repeatedly displayed an error after I swiped my card and entered my PIN. The cashier advised me to continue trying, so I attempted the transaction three times. Since it continued to show an error, we went to another register after the supervisor, Carey, suggested that the card reader may have been the problem. Unfortunately, the second card reader also showed an error. I left the store and contacted my card company to find out what happened. I was informed that the transaction had gone through and my card had been charged for the purchase. I returned to the store and explained the situation to the cashier. Carey, the supervisor, came to the front, and I explained that my card had been charged even though their register wasn't showing the transaction. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to help resolve the situation, Carey became frustrated and repeatedly told me to call the customer service number because "nothing was showing on their end, " including under my rewards number. I contacted customer service again after leaving the store and was told they could not issue a refund because the transaction was showing as a completed purchase and the money had been taken from my card. I contacted Carey again and explained this information. I also had my transaction receipt showing that the purchase was completed and charged to my card. Unfortunately, Carey talked over me while I was trying to explain the situation and told me there was nothing she could do. She said the owner would contact me because the issue was supposedly on my end and not theirs. At this point, I still have not received a call from the owner. What bothered me most was not simply the payment issue—it was the way I was treated while trying to resolve it. I was patient throughout the entire situation, and I expected at minimum to be listened to, treated respectfully, and given some assistance in figuring out where my money went. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly contact the store and my card company trying to prove that I was charged for a purchase. I also believe that when a customer brings a legitimate payment concern to management, the appropriate response is to listen, investigate, apologize for the inconvenience, and work toward a solution. I hope management sees this review and takes the time to look into what happened, because this experience has definitely affected my trust in returning to the store.

Such a great experience! The store has a really nice selection and everything felt fresh and well organized. Liza was especially helpful and friendly—she made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and genuinely went out of her way to help. You can tell she really cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. Definitely one of those employees who makes you want to come back!

This is a great “hidden gem” health food store. Awesome meats. Great healthy grass fed dairy/raw milk section. Everything you need for baking and produce Good selection of supplements as well.

Love love love this place!!! Great selection of healthy items - including properly sourced meat like grass fed beef and Milky Way Farms raw milk! I especially love that they offer an extra discount for Sherman College! (I'm not affiliated, but chiropractic care if awesome!)

I visited the store for the first time this past week and loved the variety of items they carry. However, I was in there for about 10 minutes and out of the 4 employees that were present, not one acknowledged my presence. Not something I would expect from a small business.

We LOVE Belue. It’s such a cute store, the employees are always kind and quick to help me find something, and they carry the best products. My kids get so excited when we pull in the parking lot! It’s such a gift that we have them here in this community. I highly recommend stopping in to say hello, shop a little (or a lot. They have great stuff 🤷🏻‍♀️), and chatting with their lovely staff.

Not just any ordinary fruit stand place. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the variety and selection of items they have along with them being more natural and healthy. Most of the store is food related but they offer a lot of homeopathic items too. It's my go-to place for raw milk, homeopathics and snacks (think boulder chips and unreal candy). A lot of food items are what I would find at Earth Fare and everytime I go I find something new. Definitely worth just stopping by. Ask for Hannah, she has always been able to help me find what I need.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a wide variety of items for one stop shopping. They also have a rewards point system. We will definitely be back.
