Farmer
Ballerina Farm is a family farm in Kamas, Utah with two farm shops selling beef, pork, flour, baked goods and dairy. It stopped selling raw milk in August 2025.
Ballerina Farm is a first generation, family owned farm in the mountain valley of Kamas in northern Utah, run by Hannah and Daniel.
The farm raises beef and pork, mills einkorn and farm flour, bakes, and keeps a small dairy. It sells through two Utah shops: the Kamas Farm Stand, just down the road from the dairy, and the Midway Farm Store on West Main Street. The Kamas stand is stocked with fresh produce, dairy and the farm's own products, and serves ice cream daily. The Midway store adds food they are testing alongside local and small batch goods curated from other makers.
The dairy is open to the public for guided tours, where visitors meet the cows and see the work behind the milk. It was modelled on a traditional Danish dairy that Hannah and Daniel saw while travelling, with skylights overhead and big windows that open to fresh air. On milk, the farm is explicit in its own published statement: it moved from selling raw milk to offering only pasteurized milk on 11 August 2025. Its small dairy now supplies low temperature, vat pasteurized milk for in store products such as milk, yogurt, cheese and ice cream, and the farm partners with other dairies it trusts to meet wider demand.

The vanilla protein ice cream was incredible with Rhubarb and Lemon Curd. The animals are so cute. Such a fun spot!
Best soft serve ice cream! The soft serve at Ballerina Farm is incredible. My favorite is the vanilla, though the chocolate is a very close second. The ice cream is made with fresh ingredients from their dairy and naturally sweetened with only honey or maple syrup, and you can truly taste the quality and freshness in every bite. They also offer unique toppings like melted butter with French salt and a homemade chocolate shell with vanilla salt. My personal favorite is the vanilla soft serve with the chocolate shell and salt topping — absolutely delicious!
Ballerina Farm Stand was such a memorable stop and easily one of the highlights of the area. The groceries were top notch and incredibly fresh, with quality you can taste right away. The pastries were outstanding, especially the croissant cinnamon roll, which was absolutely delicious and worth the visit alone. Beyond the shopping, being able to walk around and see the farm animals made the experience even more special. We got to see mama sheep with their babies, which was such a sweet and charming moment. Everything was well kept, including the restroom, which was very clean and appreciated. The whole place feels welcoming, peaceful, and full of genuine farm charm. A must-visit if you’re in Kamas.
Can’t say enough good things about Ballerina Farm Stand! We drove 1 hr 30 min to visit and to attend the dairy‑farm tour (which is super easy to book through their website in advance and it’s kid friendly!), we enjoyed our day in Kamas so much, everything was amazing. The entire personnel and the tour guide were kind, friendly, and packed with fascinating info about the products and especially dairy process. Everyone should visit the BF stand with family to enjoy some very nutritious protein products, ice cream and also to enjoy some time connecting with the farm animals and gorgeous surroundings. Of course we stocked up on our favorite Ballerina Farm products and tried many new products we hadn’t had a chance before - their honey and the beef jerky - we absolutely loved it. Totally worth the trip!
Stopped by today! Such a compact and cozy set-up! Unfortunately they were out of eggs, yogurt and the Vanilla protein powder, but I did end up buying some raw milk ($6.00) and you have to sign your life away 🤗, some pear caramel spread ($12.00) and sourdough starter already bubbling in its own Weck jar ($14.00). Special thanks to Charlie, she was amazing and answered all my questions about making sourdough bread! She was so kind and patient! I can’t wait for their store in Midway to open! 🥰 Update.. the pear caramel spread was spoiled..bubbly and fermented.. hoping to hear back and get a refund..☹️ Update! Refund received! 😁
