Goshen Homesteads milk is top of the line. I will be drinking it again in the future. Thanks McIntyres!
Love Goshen milk and their chocolate milk Is so yummy and not gross like you'd get at a store, which all their milk is that way. I wouldn't dare drink any milk from a grocery store and I'm so thankful they're here and provide real milk!
We’ve been getting milk and chicken from Dwayne and his family at Goshen for years! Best milk we’ve ever tasted and we love knowing that anything we buy from them comes from a farm of well-cared for animals and is clean and natural. 100% recommend!
I have tried yogurt only purchased at Wolf Farm. However, made a trip specifically to pick up milk, eggs, etc., which was a 25-30 minute drive and they were closed. They really need to have courtesy to change the website as the hours specifically state Sat and Sun they are in the store at allotted times times and Mon-Fri by appt. I had actually emailed a couple weeks earlier and told the same. It's a dead head trip with expensive gas!
We stumbled across Goshen Homestead products by chance and are not disappointed! In fact, we're addicted now. Their Creamline Milk is amazing - incredibly fresh, sweet, and well, creamy! I baked a few quick breads using their buttermilk and the flavor of their buttermilk is subtle versus the overpowering chunkiness of any store brand. Their chocolate milk is delicious too - not the sickening sweet kind you get at the store, you can actually taste real chocolate!! After checking out their website, we decided to become a half-share owner and support a local business. When we visited the farm to sign the contract and pick up our first 1/2 gallon of fresh milk, it is easy to see why the products are so good. The cows have tons of room to roam and involved caretakers - forget California's "happy cows", Goshen cows are the living the dream! Dwayne (the owner) was fantastic too - very personable and took the time to explain how the herd share worked, their business, and went into details about their products. It was reassuring to meet a business owner that really cares about their customers. If you're looking for amazing dairy products in SWVA- check out Goshen Homestead!
