Piedmontese is a naturally lean yet tender breed, and the farm raises it locally on pasture in the way farms worked before feed lots.

Buying works through membership. A weekly raw milk herdshare, a monthly beef subscription or a basic membership opens The Farm Shed, a self checkout store that members can visit any time, stocked with the farm's own food plus organically grown produce, locally roasted coffee and pantry staples. Every new membership begins with a welcome meeting and farm tour.
