Renegade Ridge Creamery is a family ranch creamery on Casey Road in Prescott, in northern Walla Walla County, Washington.
A family of seven runs it: Jeff works off the ranch as a hydropower mechanic and builds and fixes at home, Gretchen runs the farm and homeschools the children, and the kids help raise puppies, gather eggs and care for the animals. The creamery states it is the first RAWMI listed farm in Washington State, following strict protocols for its raw milk.
The Jersey herd is fed soy free, non GMO feed with organic camelina. Members of Club Renegade, a 20 dollar lifetime membership, buy raw A2A2 milk, cream, skim and aged milk, plus lard and home raised beef tallow, through farm pickup on Wednesdays and weekly drop point fridges in Kennewick, Dayton, Waitsburg, Walla Walla and nearby towns. The creamery is moving from a private membership association to a state licence.
