The family raises Black Angus cattle on pasture, using rotational grazing to care for the soil and keeping pesticides, herbicides and synthetic inputs off the land.
Beef is sold directly to customers through the ranch's online store, as well as through local markets and co-ops in the area. Collection from the ranch runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

Good people with amazing beef, you need to try them out!
I ordered 1/4 beef from Skiyou ranch this Fall. The packaging was clearly labeled and all the cuts have been immaculate and delicious. They aren't cutting any corners in this operation. I'll be excited to buy from Skiyou ranch again!
