Everything is filtered and bottled at Nook Farm itself, using a gentle filter that leaves small particles of beeswax and pollen in the jar, because a finer filter would strip out some of the taste and beneficial properties. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away.

I’ve always been a lover of natural honey, and wherever I’ve lived I’ve sought out local, raw varieties. Whether you believe the heyfever benefits or not! I can honestly say Nook Farm Honey is the best I’ve ever had. We use it in everything: yoghurt, curry, stir-fries, baking, cordials, hot toddies, even some mead, and as a sweetener for homemade cider. The Yorkshire Wildflower is our household favourite: an all-rounder that’s just perfect. But each variety is uniquely differently delicious in their own ways. The Tree Blossom, for example, has a lovely sharpness that lifts elderflower and lemon cordials beautifully. We feel so lucky to have discovered Nook, and even luckier to live near them! Their honey is a true taste of the local landscape, and every jar is full of care and flavour.
Ive just received a beautiful pot of honey and its truly is lovely... I am trying to remove all shop bought products that can be purchase from a farms or locally. Just to remove all nasties from my husbands diet whilst he is battling cancer x we will be back for more.
