Jenny Lee
Farmer and cheesemaker
The Lee family milk a single herd of Jersey, Friesian and Norwegian Red cows at Park House Farm on the northern edge of the Lake District, and turn the day's organic milk into handmade cheese in a converted hay barn across the courtyard from the farmhouse.

A small artisanal cheese maker. Their cheese is excellent, in particular the Park House Cheddar. Catch them at local markets, or use their website. They are not set up as a retail outlet for visitors.
Very disappointing, not worth the effort to drive here. Nothing to see at the factory, no facilities for tasting or manned sales and the honesty sales cabin had one roundel of cheese and 3 tubs of coffee 'gelato'.
An absolute cheese kingdom, vell worth the visit.
