DeLuna Acres is a family run goat dairy at Eagle in Idaho, fully licensed and regulated by the state, raising LaMancha goats prized for the quality and butterfat of their milk.
The herd eats only non GMO grains and hay, the irrigated pastures grow without sprays, and the whole herd is tested every year.
The farm sells human grade raw goat milk by the gallon in sealed containers, along with a limited animal grade milk, and makes fresh chevre in four flavours, from plain to jalapeno and onion, vacuum packed so it keeps. Collection is from the farm by appointment, so phone or email ahead.
