They raise ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf and Nubian dairy goats, Jersey cows, Idaho Pasture Pigs and pasture raised chickens, and they grow garlic, vegetables and organic u-pick fruit including grapes, plums and apples. Erica spent nearly 17 years in nursing before the couple bought the five acre farm in November 2020, and their stated mission is to strengthen the relationship between you and your farmer through food integrity and total transparency.

Both the goat milk and the cow milk are sold raw. The farm's own FAQ page says the milk is raw, describes its Idaho raw milk license, and sets out annual tuberculosis and brucellosis testing for the dairy herd alongside weekly mastitis checks. Animals are fed a non GMO diet with no corn, no soy, no antibiotics, no hormones and no preservatives, and any animal that does need antibiotics comes off the milk line until she recovers. Long ferment sourdough comes from their own on farm bakery, Wild Bandit Bakery, and the farm also runs chicken butchering classes and an organic u-pick season.
