This is another one of those hidden gems in our area. Goats!! And a gift shop with goat milk soaps, lotion, tea towels, honey, scones, cookies, tote bags, and more- and oh, did I mention goats?!! The shop items make great gifts for yourself or for others. The shopkeeper, Deb, is just a wonderful human. She’s and her partner have done a lot of work to make this place come back to life.
Excellent verity of natural cosmetics 😍😍😍
They are so knowledgeable and friendly and their soap is so gentle but effective. I've bought multiple times from them and visited the farm for events.
I just love the Stardust Annie Goat Soap, along with the Annie Goat Face Cream. The soap smells Divine!! It serves as aromatherapy for me too: ) The face cream is rich and luxurious. All natural. Perfect ❣️
What a lovely visit at Hop & Hen Farm! We got to pet the goats and see the variety of chickens that provide the rainbow of colors for the eggs. The goats are super friendly, especially some of the boys. Deb and Stephen provide a great habitat for them with custom-made barns and plenty of space to roam and hop. The goodies in the shop are so variate, it makes it hard to decide what to buy. But you must leave with some soap bars or lotion - made with goat milk. 🐐 This is a perfect spot for your Christmas shopping, including some homemade baked goods. Put Dec 7 on your list for the annual Goats and Cocao event, where your entire family can have some fun.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

The farm and the shop are beyond lovely! The owners are so welcoming and kind🤗🫂 I feel truly blessed to have found this hidden treasure! Between the homemade lotion, fresh eggs, and beautiful 🐐 goats, the trip was well worth it! I highly recommend you visit this farm for yourself!💕🙏🤗
I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about this hidden gem. Hidden gems are my favorite and let me just say this is it! Deb the owner is absolutely lovely and one of a kind. They are responsive, kind, and so so welcoming. They have such a cute store with a wide variety of offerings and I love that they provide samples of the soaps and lotions. They do offer goat cuddling classes as well to educate people on goats and chickens, they list the events on Facebook ahead of time. They are bringing a lot of value to the community. Shop local for sure! UPDATE: We got to do the goat petting today and it was superb. They are so patient with the kids, the goats and staff. The kids got to feed the goats, pet them, the staff is so knowledgeable and was teaching the kids all about goat safety. They even got one of the dogs out to run and play with the kids. We had a GREAT time, highly recommend!
