Shane New led the operation through sod farming and cash crops with a steady cattle herd alongside, then moved the whole farm into regenerative agriculture. Cattle movements came first, then pastured laying hens, pigs, bees and lambs, each playing a part in feeding the soil and widening the plant diversity on the land.

The farm sells its meat direct: grass fed beef, pastured pork, pastured lamb and pasture raised chicken, from ground beef and steaks to bratwursts and snack sticks. A new self serve store on the farm at 11760 254th Road is open from sunrise to 8pm, and orders can also be placed through the online shop.
