Wonderful customer service.
We had a great experience today playing with and bottle feeding some baby goats! It is clear that owners of the farm put a lot of hard work into their property and prioritize their goats well-being. It was cool to hear about the history of the farm and see the milking facility. Would definitely recommend.
What an incredible place! From being greeted by the adorable little puppy known as Moira Rose, to playing with the baby goats, feeding them, and even milking a goat, this tour shows you everything! This is a working farm with a lot going on which gives you a first-hand look into what it takes to keep a farm running. Sarah was an awesome tour guide and so informative! Same for some of the hands, Josh and Josh! The babies will absolutely melt your heart and take all your worries in the world away. Truly a special place and would recommend the tour to anyone! Thank you, Sarah!
Beautiful farm and great staff! I love their goats milk and always appreciate getting to go pick it up and see their lovely place! 😊
I was just here today (march 20th) with my school group, and it was awesome! Baby goats were very sweet, as well as the rest of the animals. Learned a lot as well!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

What a lovely time! We got to hold so many baby goats (days old), play with puppies, tour all the different goat barns, pet her horses, see the chickens, milk a goat by hand, and tour all the facilities. Sarah does an AMAZING job with her husband keeping the farm running and the tour gave us an inside look at how much work is put into the operation. I’m very impressed and I so enjoyed our time there. Will be back there soon! Definitely go visit, no matter what age or how many people.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Sara and the Poplar Hill Goat Farm. Everyone there is amazing and the goat milk is to die for. I just started drinking goat milk for the health benefits and I was really surprised how good goat milk really is. It is so creamy and the flavor is really light, I actually like the taste better than cow milk. This place is really a diamond in the rough, we really need to help keep these traditional farms going well into the future. Everyone needs to try Poplar Hills goat milk, this stuff is Amazing!!!
Sarah and the Poplar family and staff work tirelessly, around the clock to ensure the health, safety, and happiness of the goats and visitors on this farm. Whether you are there to buy a gallon of goat milk or to visit with the goats on a farm tour, you will be greeted with warmth and good cheer. I don't think there is anything else like it in the Twin Cities metro.
