Blue Line Farms is a 34 acre family homestead in northern Stone County, Missouri, founded in 2016 near the small town of Hurley.
The family breeds registered Nubian dairy goats, Shetland sheep, Morgan horses, chickens and ducks, with two Anatolian livestock guardian dogs watching over the flocks. The goats provide milk for the farm kitchen and the sheep give fleece for a busy fiber studio.
The farm sells fresh raw goat milk by the half gallon or gallon, not pasteurised or homogenised with nothing added, alongside chevre, feta, mozzarella and squeaky cheese curds made to order. There are goat milk and goat whey caramels, goat milk soaps, hand spun Shetland yarns and wool dryer balls. Meat animals are pasture raised with minimal grain and given no antibiotics, with Shetland lamb, goat and chicken sold for the freezer, and farm fresh eggs are collected daily when the flock allows.
