The heart of the offer is fresh raw whole Jersey milk, high in butterfat and sold by the half gallon jar, with cream by the pint and quart. Eggs are collected daily on the farm, and the beef comes from the farm's own non GMO Jersey and Jersey cross cattle, sold as ground beef, roasts, steaks, brisket and organ cuts.
The farm also raises pork, pasture raised whole chickens and quail, bakes homemade breads and muffins from farm ingredients, mills non GMO organic hard white wheat flour, and makes tallow soaps, balms, wax melts and chapsticks. Honey is bought in from a local farmer rather than produced on the farm. Orders go in online for Monday delivery around Sparta and the surrounding areas, with pickup at the farm on State Highway 14 also available.
