Crows' Feat Farm

Karen Parker Feld and Peter Freeman created the farm as a gift to the community and the next generation, growing a wide range of vegetables and fruit, from asparagus, carrots and strawberries to peaches, pears and sweet potatoes, using permaculture principles: no till beds, regenerative grazing and no chemicals whatsoever. Much of the land is conserved against development.

Fresh produce is sold at the Exeter farmers market on Thursday afternoons from May to October, and the farm store at 180 Drinkwater Road opens Fridays and Saturdays in season, stocking the farm's own vegetables and flowers alongside pasture raised meats, milk, fresh bread, soups and groceries. Monthly working parties, hands on workshops in gardening, cooking, canning and poultry processing, community picnics and summer lawn concerts bring the community onto the farm.
