    1. 1Longview FarmLongview FarmFruit & veg · Plymouth4.9 (157 reviews)Longview Farm grows 50 acres of mixed vegetables, sweet corn and strawberries in the Baker River Valley at Plymouth, New Hampshire. Owners Nate and Regina run an open farm stand at 175 Quincy Road, open daily 9am to 5:30pm for the 2026 season, and publish a monthly harvest calendar of what is coming through the year. The farm offers tours and welcomes visitors. The summer harvest list runs from lettuces and other greens to tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash and zucchini, beans, carrots, beets, cabbage, peppers, eggplant and herbs. Produce can also be ordered online through Local Foods Plymouth, and a newsletter tells regulars what will be at the stand, what is running out and what is coming up soon.
    2. 2Surowiec FarmSurowiec FarmFruit & veg · Sanbornton4.7 (187 reviews)Surowiec Farm has been in the Surowiec family since 1917, on Perley Hill Road in Sanbornton, New Hampshire. Originally a dairy farm, it planted its first apple trees in 1971 and has expanded and diversified ever since, growing quality fresh fruits and vegetables for its own farm stand, with expansive views to the north and west. The farm stand is open daily from 9am to 5pm through the year, closing only for Independence Day and Thanksgiving, and sells the farm's produce alongside its own raised meat, baked goods and goods from other local vendors, with seasonal pick your own crops and a CSA. Raw milk directories also list the stand as a local source of raw A2 milk, cream, cheese and kefir. The farm asks visitors to call during business hours for what is in season and picking conditions.
    3. 3Picnic Rock FarmsPicnic Rock FarmsRaw milk, fruit & veg · Meredith4.8 (122 reviews)Picnic Rock Farms, formerly Longridge Farm, is a family farm in Meredith, New Hampshire that has been worked by the Hodsdon and Bird families since 1801, eight generations committed to innovative conservation practice in the Lakes Region. Its farm stand on Daniel Webster Highway was the very first registered farm stand in the State of New Hampshire. The farm grows its own fresh fruits and vegetables, sold through the stand and a CSA programme alongside jams and jellies, baked goods and other products, with a community garden and seasonal jobs rounding out the place. According to the getrawmilk directory the stand's dairy case also carries raw A2 cow milk, cream, cheese and kefir. Summer hours run 8am to 6pm Thursday to Sunday, with fall hours of 9am to 5pm, closed Wednesdays.
    4. 4White Gates FarmWhite Gates FarmMeat, fruit, veg & eggs · Tamworth4.7 (64 reviews)White Gates Farm sits on an historic hill in Tamworth, New Hampshire, on a 113 acre tract that Hank and Heather Letarte bought in 1982. It was a dense White Pine forest then, and forty years of work have turned it into working fields, greenhouses and mountain views. The farm raises Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle for beef, Berkshire pigs, and pasture raised broiling chickens that are moved onto a fresh clean patch of grass every day. Their own farm sign calls the beef all natural grass fed. Vegetables and herbs are grown alongside, and the Letartes' four grown children are part of the farm now. Meat, eggs, seasonal produce and ice cream are sold from the farm stand behind the farmhouse, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and takes cash, check or Venmo. The family also sells at several farmers markets, runs a seasonal meat CSA and supplies local restaurants, and an online meat ordering service with pickup points is listed on their site as coming soon. Beyond the food they run Edible Education, with family farm days, a day camp for children and seminars, host weddings and farm dinners on the property, and close their own energy loop through Our Town Biodiesel and their Organic Matters composting facility, whose compost goes back onto these fields.
    5. 5Temple-Wilton Community FarmTemple-Wilton Community FarmRaw milk, fruit, veg & eggs · Wilton4.6 (25 reviews)Temple-Wilton Community Farm in Wilton, New Hampshire has run as a community supported farm since 1986, founded by Trauger Groh, Lincoln Geiger and Anthony Graham, and now stewards over 150 acres of preserved historic farmland. Vegetables and animals are grown with biodynamic and organic methods, and close to 100 member households share the farm's produce, pledging by need rather than paying a fixed price, drawing on more than 40 vegetable varieties and up to three gallons of milk per household per week. The farm is a state inspected, licensed raw milk dairy, bottling raw milk from its herd of 18 grass fed cows on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 18 dollars a gallon; buyers register once, then collect labelled jars from the farm store dairy fridge, and you do not need to be a CSA member to buy milk. Abbot Hill Creamery on the farm makes Camembert, Feta, Mozzarella and Quark from the herd's raw milk, plus unsweetened whole milk yogurt in returnable glass quarts. The farm store is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
    6. 6Forsyth Family FarmForsyth Family FarmFruit, veg & eggs · Gilford5 (11 reviews)Forsyth Family Farm is Amy and Kyle Forsyth's regenerative farm at Gilford, in the lakes region of New Hampshire. The first generation farmers met on an organic farm in Arizona, farmed together on the New Hampshire seacoast, and have now put down permanent roots. They raise 100 percent grass fed and grass finished beef and lamb, forest raised pork, pasture raised chicken, farm fresh pastured eggs and sustainably grown vegetables. Their online store works like a small grocery: shop the farm's own meats, eggs and vegetables alongside goods from named local producers, from raw milk dairy by Huckins Farm to fresh mushrooms, seafood, baked goods, grains and maple syrup, then collect at the farm or have it delivered to your door. The retail farm store opens Friday 2pm to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm, and a monthly CSA subscription gives store credit with a discount at three levels.
    7. 7Nature's Country Farm StandNature's Country Farm StandFruit & veg · Chichester4.5 (12 reviews)Nature's Country Farm Stand sits on Suncook Valley Road in Chichester, New Hampshire, and has been trading for over 25 years. The stand grows its own rhubarb, blueberries, apples, pears, strawberries, asparagus, vegetables, herbs and flowers using organic practices the owner has followed for over 40 years, with nothing sprayed. Seedlings are started from heirloom and organic seed, and the stand takes pre orders for well established organic starter plants. Alongside its own produce, the stand stocks meats, eggs, milk, cream, cheeses, ice cream, honey and maple syrup from other farms in the area, plus baked goods, organic dry mixes and a line of handcrafted herbal skin care made by the owner, a Certified Natural Health Consultant and Herbalist. The stated aim is to support local farms and vendors so they survive alongside the chains. Open Thursday to Saturday, 2pm to 6pm, with online ordering for curbside or in store pickup.
    8. 8Crows' Feat FarmCrows' Feat FarmFruit & veg · Kensington3.7 (3 reviews)Crows' Feat Farm spans 100 acres of pastureland and forest in Kensington, New Hampshire, on a farmstead established in 1744 by Capt Jonathan Prescott, one of the town's founders. Karen Parker Feld and Peter Freeman created the farm as a gift to the community and the next generation, growing a wide range of vegetables and fruit, from asparagus, carrots and strawberries to peaches, pears and sweet potatoes, using permaculture principles: no till beds, regenerative grazing and no chemicals whatsoever. Much of the land is conserved against development. Fresh produce is sold at the Exeter farmers market on Thursday afternoons from May to October, and the farm store at 180 Drinkwater Road opens Fridays and Saturdays in season, stocking the farm's own vegetables and flowers alongside pasture raised meats, milk, fresh bread, soups and groceries. Monthly working parties, hands on workshops in gardening, cooking, canning and poultry processing, community picnics and summer lawn concerts bring the community onto the farm.
