My mom and I went here the other day and we were honestly surprised of how good this place was. There was a lot of stuff there like raw milk, cheese, fresh eggs, farm grown vegetables, fresh meats, beef tallow chips, and so many others. Every time we went to another farmers market we did NOT find this much stuff so we were pretty shocked. We ended up buying the raw milk, fresh eggs, a few onions, tomatoes, and garlic bulbs and everything we bought tasted amazing and high quality. We definitely recommend!
Great local meats, cheeses, milk and so so much more. I go every chance I get. Worth every penny.
This store is amazing! The part that I love about Brookvale Mercantile are the ice cream sandwiches.
I’ve been to the store many times, every time there’s always someone to help you with a smile on there face and occasionally a recipe! Meat looks beautiful!
We have visited over a dozen times now – we always find something new and excited but grab our staples as well! The local granola, milk, syrup, honey, beef tallow products, unique local gift basket items, meat, etc. options are amazing. And I highly recommend you grab one of the homemade chicken pot pies from the freezer! It’s my go-to When bringing a friend a meal when a new baby arrives or other life events! The owners Brenda and Scott are the most down to earth people, love seeing them here and there when we visit!

What a fun day today at Brookvale Mercantile! Great family events, chicken bbq, live band under the tent, pony rides for the children, and wonderful staff assisting everyone! Lots of excellent, quality food options: meats, eggs, prepared foods to go, breads, crackers, jams, honey, soap, lotion, hand crafted products and sweets! We had a great time!
I finally stopped at the Mercantile for my first time and what a great place. I needed cut marrow bones for my 3 pups and they had a great selection. I will definitely will be going back as they have a great selection of meats, poultry to just name a few. Also it’s such a cute NE country store.
Love this little store! Staff is super friendly, always clean and stocked. The eggs are fresh, you can tell the meat (all frozen) doesn't have anything weird in it, and they have a great selection of milk from Contoocook dairy. My favorite - the pot pies. Quick dinner, always delicious. Highly recommend stopping by for some REAL groceries.
