Shepherd's Lamb

The lambs are never finished in a feedlot. They spend their whole lives browsing the open range, summering in the Carson National Forest, and that varied diet of grasses, shoots and mountain plants gives the meat its mild, tender taste. The ranch also sells wool blankets, yarn and pelts.

Antonio and the sales team are at the Santa Fe Farmers Market most Saturdays with meat cuts, pelts and yarn. You can also ring or email to order cuts or a whole lamb, shipped domestically and internationally, or find the lamb at La Montañita Coop in Santa Fe and at restaurants across northern New Mexico.
