The farm also runs a folk school, with workshops on skills like cow milking and natural cheese making, and offers farm stays.
The farm store sells A2A2 grass fed raw milk and raw cream, low PUFA organic eggs, whipped ricotta and small batch ice cream, along with monthly homestead shares that bundle it all together. Orders are delivered to Santa Fe on Wednesdays or collected from the farm, and the store also lists flower bouquets and even cow manure by the truckload.
