Hacienda Dominguez & Chelenzo Farms

The farm cultivates agave using regenerative and indigenous methods, grows microgreens, keeps honeybees, and runs conservation projects, workshops and community events, with interns and visitors invited to join the work.

Fresh food from the farm is sold through a CSA farm share and a goat herdshare, and the hacienda also offers accommodation and retreats. There are no fixed opening hours, so contact the farm to arrange a visit or ask what is available.
