Update: Even though the company commented, no one ever reached out to make it right! The lamb I received looks NOTHING like the lamb pictured on the website. Thinking we won't be cooking it as it looks old too. Instead of receiving the nice looking pack of 1lb ground lamb as pictured on the website, I received little patties that are fairly brown/old looking. See website photo vs. what I received (patties).
The. VERY BEST service: I placed my order very late on a Sunday nighr and it arrived Thursday, early afternoon! Everything arrived solidly frozen (just like the company sait it would). The products had been packed in dry ice, gel ice packs and whatever that non-stryrofoam packing material is called. Enough about the packing—we just tried the wild boar bacon —and it is soooo tasty and cooked up beautifully. I placed the strips on a oven-safe wire rack, in a parchment paper lined baking tray, cold oven, set oven at 400 and kept an eye on it. As soon as the edges started browning, I removed the tray and let the strips drain and cool. I planned on using the fat to fry the eggs—but so little fat drained out! Fabulous texture, fabulous FLAVOR! We will be ordering more after we consume the gigantic buffalo tongue, and the other items. We will be steady customers.

Met these guys at the 2026 Bitcoin conference this last April in Vegas and immediately loved their story. Wife and I cam home and ordered our first box and was blown away by the high-quality of the cuts contained within. All 5 stars! Shipping was fast, arrived on-time and the packaging was impeccable! Oh, did I mention they accept Bitcoin? That's an added bene, for sure! Love supporting folks who offer naturally farm-raised and grass-fed products AND are Bitcoiners.
I purchase a couple pounds of the fresh salmon every other week. I cut it up in smaller portions and freeze. When I want salmon for dinner, I put the ziplock in cold water to thaw. Wrap in tinfoil with seasoning, chopped onions and lemon and a splash of beer. Then put in airfryer at 390 for 14 minutes. Absolutely delicious!
Fabulous! Whether you go to the store, or get your protein shipped, it is securely packaged and ready to thaw and enjoy. We especially enjoy the elk and bison medallions - such high quality, flavorful and tender. We've also had good luck when in town to pick up some scallops which were amazing.
