Sean and his wife keep a herd of Native and Milking Shorthorn cattle for beef and dairy, a mix of the two bloodlines that they are working to expand towards a pure Native herd, alongside Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, the old English breed once nicknamed the cottage pig, and flocks of heritage poultry that include Wyandottes, Dominiques, Easter Eggers, Marans, Ancona ducks and Dewlap Toulouse. They choose birds that are hardy foragers and good parents as much as good layers. Raw milk and the rest of the farm's available products go direct from the farm, and the family asks you to message them on Facebook or send an email to find out what is ready.
