So very thankful for this ranch family and the wholesome quality products. They are professional, responsive, kind and faithful to have my orders ready. I am praying for their continued success and prosperity that we may have them to rely on for the future as well. Their farm raised products have been an answer to the search for safe nutrition to maintain personal heath and vitality.

The meat is amazing. I don't even want to eat out anymore because I know what I have at home is far superior. So grateful for these good people doing this good work to feed us so well. Love that it's all grass fed and finished, humanely raised, no pesticides or hormones. Before I found Amber Oaks, I tried Wild Pastures, but the meat had a weird taste. Everything from Amber Oaks has been exceedingly delicious. Love love love! Got a belly full of ribeye tonight. Fat and happy. Life is good. 🤗
We have been purchasing our meats from Amber Oaks for well over a year now at the Elgin Farmers Market and are always thrilled with the quality of their product. John and Molly post a newsletter on a regular basis that shows the reality of the hardships (and of course victories, no matter how small) that come when your livelihood is dependent on nature. They have a great philosophy for doing what they do and are great stewards to the land and animals they farm. Give them a try, you will not turn back!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up
We usually get their eggs and meat at the Pflugerville farmers market. Every time it's always a pleasure interacting with John and Molly! Their eggs are super rich and dark yellow. Signs of healthy hens! And their meats are always fresh and tasty. Also their ordering process for custom pickup really helps during quarantine. And I love how transparent they are about their homestead and methods in their newsletters. It's nice to be connected to your local producers.
My children and I were warmly welcomed at Amber Oaks Ranch this spring as we visited and learned about how the grass fed/pastured meat we order from them is raised. The ranch where our food is grown is beautiful in it's simplicity and it's complexity. John and Molly are passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. They make ordering and picking up our meat so easy and are willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend highly Amber Oaks Ranch to people wanting high quality meat with great customer service!
