The pigs are heritage Red Wattle hogs and the beef is grass fed, both reserved by the half or whole animal with deposits taken through the online shop. A CSA farm share scheme offers a weekly share of the harvest, and the farm publishes its garden harvest records so you can see exactly what is coming out of the ground.
