The beef is grass fed with no antibiotics, steroids, hormones or corn, and it is sold by the cut, from steaks and roasts through to fajitas, ribs and ground beef.
Ordering runs on a monthly first come first served list. Text your requests on the first of the month, then collect from the ranch once the beef is back from the processor. Bulk quarters come vacuum sealed with retail labels and free home delivery in the San Antonio area, though the bulk wait list is currently closed to new names.
