The cattle go beyond grass fed and grass finished, rotationally grazed with lifetime access to pasture, and the farm holds to an agreement to respect every animal throughout its life. Pasture raised eggs and organic pasture raised chicken round out the range.
The beef is fully fattened, well marbled and aged for tenderness and flavour. Shop online, set up a subscription, or buy from the farm stores listed on the website.
