The herds are moved through a rotational grazing system so the animals always have fresh, chemical free grass, part of a wider regenerative approach that feeds the soil as much as the stock.

Milk and meat are the mainstays, raised without steroids or growth hormones. Dairy is offered in its raw form through herd shares, and the farm sells its meats direct, with delivery available. The family see whole, farm fresh food as the foundation of good health, and farm accordingly.
