Beside the vegetables there is a pasture raised laying flock, which lays the farm's certified organic nest run eggs and lives out its retirement here, plus an ever growing herd of Nigerian and Nubian goats sharing the pasture with ducks, a goose and rescue horses, donkeys and pigs. The farm cannot sell the goats' milk, so it turns it into Blue Sky goat milk caramels.
