Ingredients

  • 3 Pomegranates
  • 3 Oranges
  • 4 tbsp Grass-fed gelatine powder
  • 1 scoop Organised
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp Raw honey or maple syrup

Method

  1. Squeeze the oranges, try to get as much juice out as possible. Add the orange juice to a blender together with all the pomegranate seeds. Blend well.
  2. Strain the juice into a large pan. Place it on medium heat and add in the gelatine powder, Organised and sweetener of your choice if using. Whisk everything really well until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture while still hot in a glass or ceramic container.
  4. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight until it’s fully set. With a sharp knife cut into cubes and either enjoy straight away or store in the fridge for 5-6 day
