This homemade strawberry cold foam is the perfect way to elevate your everyday coffee or matcha into something that feels indulgent, creamy, and nourishing. Made with raw cream, fresh strawberries, and a touch of honey, it has a light, fluffy texture with the perfect amount of natural sweetness.
What makes it extra special is the addition of our beef organ powder, an easy way to incorporate a concentrated source of nutrients into a simple daily ritual without compromising on flavour.
Whether spooned over your iced matcha latte or even enjoyed on its own as a simple dessert, this strawberry cold foam turns an everyday drink into a proper cafe style treat while still be truly nourishing.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 3 strawberries - stems and leaves removed
- 3 tbsp organic raw double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Organised
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Add the strawberries, cream and vanilla extract to a small blender.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Don’t be tempted to over blend it as the cream might split. To be on the safe side blend for 60 seconds, stop the blender and check for consistency. If needed blend again for 1 more minute.
- Gently whisk in Organised and raw honey until it’s well incorporated into the foam.
- Serve the cold foam on top of your matcha or favourite iced drink.
- You can also double the quantities and have on its own as a quick dessert!
Nourishment, without the taste.
Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
