Four Corners Farm is an extremely diversified family farm in the Connecticut Valley at Newbury, in northeast Vermont.
Fifty acres of fruit and vegetables run from asparagus, leaf greens and strawberries through sweet corn, tomatoes, melons and winter squash to gourmet herbs, alongside a small herd of Jersey milk cows and Scottish Highland beef cattle. The farm's promise is simple and repeated across its site: all we sell is our own, we sell only what we grow.
The farm stand is open every day, with hours that follow the season, and the produce list changes as the growing year turns: strawberries and asparagus early, corn, tomatoes and melons in high summer, squash and brassicas into autumn, with farm fresh milk alongside. The family describes taking great pride in producing the very highest quality fruits and vegetables possible while taking care of the land that is taking care of them.
