Having a great experience with Primal Meats. Had a situation where the delivery man dropped the box in the wrong area and the meat went bad. Their customer service was 10/10, i received a fresh box without headache. & everything is delicious. Thanks.
I subscribed to their box on and off for two years and over time the quality of the meats had declined. The cuts sent became more and more challenging to use (lamb hearts, neck etc) and even the usual cuts of beef had a very strong smell to them. Disappointing as we had really wanted to embrace the grass fed meat lifestyle so will have to look elsewhere!
Great customer service and fantastic products (including non aged meats if you ask for them). Thank you 馃檹
