Such a beautiful place.
Their heather honey is the Bees Knees, it's my first choice, I buy it from a local stockist. It's also local to where I live so the honey is the same environment as me which I think is important.
Amazing honey! I only just realised about proper honey vs supermarket honey. I recently purchased a jar of Denholme gate honey, and gave it a sniff, and wow!.. what a lovely experience! What does it smell of?.. honey!! But why was I so amazed and intrigued by this?? I grabbed my squeezy bottle of supermarket honey and gave that a sniff, it smelt of absolutely nothing. I realised i have probably not experienced the smell of honey for years and years. Tastes so much better too, not to mention the health benefits as apposed to this squeezy bottle of processed syrup.
