Farm on the Fell is a cow with calf dairy at Big Blindhurst Farm in Bleasdale, Lancashire selling raw Jersey milk, artisan gelato and 100% pasture fed beef from a regenerative family farm.

Calves stay with their mothers and share the milk, and the small herd of Jersey and Jersey cross cows is milked just once a day in the morning. The raw milk is sold on the farm and made into gelato in the farm's own processing room, and they also rear rare breed pork and 100% pasture fed beef.
The farm shop is open every day from 8am to 8pm with a raw milk vending machine, the gelato shop opens at weekends, and milk, gelato, pork and beef can all be ordered for nationwide delivery.

Superb gelato in a beautiful location.

Very impressive little farm shop, everything done the proper way. Although pricier than some, this is completely understandable with the standard of product provided. Being a big fan of milk and especially raw milk, the raw jersey milk from this farm is possibly some of the best milk I’ve ever had. Gelato is also really good quality, not had the chance to try anything else as of yet.

We travelled a round trip of 42 miles to try Farm on the Fell. We looked at the pictures on Facebook and these showed a lovely display of ice cream, our purpose. When we arrived the shop door was open with no staff to be seen. The only ice cream we saw was in small tubs and flavours were limited. We don't know if we went to the wrong building, we could see no other. I want to give this company a chance to correct me here to save others from our experience.
