Superb is the only way I can describe the farm shop. The meat is free range and you know what you get is quality. A wide selection of different cheeses, some of which are difficult to find elsewhere. Steve and all the team are so welcoming and accommodating to our requests. Well worth a detour if you are visiting the area.
The staff here are really friendly and knowledgeable about their products, helping us choose some fantastic cheese and steaks! A great little farm shop.

Farm Gate Farm Shop is an absolutely fantastic local artisan and organic shop. They have such a wide variety of products suited to all your food needs. From organic flour to British cheeses, free range meat and local alcoholic beverages. Friendly knowledge staff who care about the products they sell. Well worth a visit!
What a find this little place was! Having happened upon it by chance a few months ago, it is now one of our go to places to find the very best authentic locally produced food. It isn’t a farm shop by name only that buys in goods to sell on, it’s home made, home produced and prepared top quality products. The service is fantastic and you are made to feel welcome and valued every visit.

They are a wonderful small family business that really cares about their customers and the quality and welfare of everything they produce and sell.
